ABOUT the BAYA HOUSE
The Baya House is a boutique shared stay with seven individually designed spaces, created
and renovated by two best friends. Every room is different, filled with color and character,
inspired by Costa Rica’s natural tones and laid-back surf culture.
We are located in North Santa Teresa, a slightly quieter pocket of town, just a five-minute walk from La Lora beach.
Set directly on the main road, everything you need is within walking distance. Cafés, yoga studios, surf shops, markets, tide pools, and beaches are all nearby, so there is no need for a car or ATV to enjoy your stay.
The property includes three apartments and four studio rooms, centered around a shared pool and outdoor areas. It is a social space when you want connection and a calm retreat when you want quiet.
The Baya House works for creatives, remote workers, surfers, and travellers who want to unwind without feeling disconnected.
It is ideal for beginner and intermediate surfers depending on the season, and for anyone who wants a balance of ease and energy.
Colorful, simple, and personal, The Baya House is designed to feel like home in the middle of a surf town.
