How booking works

Booking with us, the personal way.

We keep things small and personal — no booking machines, no impersonal check-in desks. Here's exactly how it works from your first message to your first morning coffee by the pool.

    Request your dates

    Send us a booking request with your dates and the space you'd like. There's no automatic booking system — we like to know exactly who's coming, so every request is personally reviewed by our team.

  2. 02

    We confirm your stay

    One of our team members accepts your request and replies to confirm availability, usually within a day. This is our favourite part — welcoming each guest personally.

  3. 03

    Pay securely

    We'll send you a direct payment link, and you can pay with any credit or debit card. Prefer Airbnb? Every space is also listed on our Airbnb profile, TheBayaHouse.

  4. 04

    Check in with ease

    After booking you'll receive an email confirmation with your invoice and everything you need to know. On check-in day we send a detailed self check-in guide, with photos, so you can let yourself in with ease.
